Ok rant over.Good health starts with knowing and knowing starts with lab testing. but that aside, this business is telling me they WANT someone who is coming directly off a plane to enter their business and expose their employees and clients.

I get in normal circumstances if they wanted to say no.actually I don’t, I don’t know of any other business doing monthly memberships who won’t freeze an account when the member is traveling in an area where services are unredeemable. The next one told me I should prioritize my UNHEALTHY tanning membership over my family and the health of my community and my request was “ridiculous” and then hung up on me. The first one flat out refused to let me speak to someone higher up stating, “if you keep asking, we will be going around in circles and I will end the call.” Which she did. They WILL NOT freeze my account, or issue a refund for the time I can’t use my account. In fact, I’m really flabbergasted and won’t be renewing with them because of their policies. I called to ask for them to freeze my membership since it will be three weeks before I feel like I can safely enter their establishment. I have monthly membership with zoom tan (don’t judge, I know it’s bad!). I’m not traveling to a “hot spot”, but let’s face it, everywhere is a hot spot and I feel like this is the most responsible way to navigate the situation.

to be as safe as possible and when I get back I’m quarantining for 2 weeks and getting tested. I have lab googles, n-95s, gloves, wipes, etc. The rules section keeps coming up blank, so I hope I’m not breaking any rules here.
